Deliveries
Items generally require 6-8 weeks for production. Length of
delivery for all items will vary depending on client specifications
and shipping destinations.
Deposit
A minimum deposit of 50% should accompany all orders. No cancellations
on custom designed robes or accessories will be allowed after
the garments have been cut. Robes of Royalty will not be responsible
for orders undelivered after 90 days. Due to the additional
handling and disposal expenses the down payment will be retained.
Guarantee
Catalog items may be returned (unused and unworn), within ten
days of receipt for exchange or refund. Items made to client
custom specifications will be of satisfactory quality; however,
if you are unhappy with your design it can be exchanged or
altered for a stated fee. Company errors will be corrected
promptly at no charge. To ensure proper order placement all
orders will be verified by phone, fax, or email.
Denominational/Organizational Specifications
If our robes do not meet the guidelines or preference of your
particular denomination or organization, please call our toll-free
number to submit your denominational/organizational apparel
specifications.

Because our robes are custom designed and involve numerous
variations and fabrics, pricing is best provided after we
have consulted with you about your requirements.
